Hilary Breeze (MARLA)

Hilary studied Economics and History at Durham University and then joined HBPM in 1996 from Knight Frank in London. She became a partner in 2000 and worked full time until 2006 when she had time off to have her two children. Hilary currently divides her working time between the office and home. Hilary is an individual member of ARLA. As well as having a Diploma in Property Valuation and Law from City Business School, Hilary passed the
ARLA II Advanced Legal exam with distinction, scoring the highest marks in the country.


Diane Hopkins (MARLA)

Diane started work at HBPM in 1993 as Helen's assistant and then became responsible for property management. In 2008 she became a Partner alongside Helen and Hilary Breeze. Diane is now responsible for running the office on a day to day basis.

Diane is an individual member of ARLA. Diane passed
ARLA I with distinction and ARLA II with high merit.


Lynn Thomas (MARLA)

Lynn joined Helen Breeze Property Management in 2000 from Zimbabwe, where she worked for Estate Agents, Hagen & Hill in Mutare.

Lynn is responsible for following up property enquiries for properties to rent. She has an in depth understanding of the local market and is excellent at developing relationships with applicants looking to rent. With the support of the admin staff, she ensures all documentation is completed before the beginning of the tenancy including completed reference forms, signed tenancy agreement as well as PAT tests and Gas Safety Certificates.

Lynn is an individual member of ARLA. She passed ARLA I and ARLA II exams with high merit.


Emma Ho
Financial Administrator

Emma joined in 2006 as a lettings administrator, supporting the negotiators. She now deals with all of the clients accounts, which incorporated receipting tenants' rents, processing Landlords' statements and paying our contractors on a weekly basis.  Emma also coordinates the general running of the office and keeps the stationary cupboard in order!

Emma passed ARLA I with merit.



Julie Heyworth

Julie joined HBPM in 2003. She works as a part time negotiator. She also manages to find the time to carry out property visits and help with check-out procedures at the end of a tenancy.

Julie passed the ARLA I exam.



Katy Leyshon
Lettings and Property Management Administrator

Katy joined HBPM at the start of 2011 and is currently on maternity leave.


Sarah Willoughby-Parsons
Property Management Coordinator

Sarah has been with us since September 2011, frst on a part time basis and full time since July 2012. She oversees our property management team and deals with much of the day to day maintenance of our houses. 


Kelly Jones
Property Management Coordinator

Kelly started working part time at HBPM in May 2012.  She is the property management 'woman on the ground' and does most of our property visits, as well as actioning the resulting maintenance. 


Nikita Thomas
Property Management Administrator

Nikita joined our team in July 2013 and organises our property management team; in particular administrating the paperwork surrounding property visits, but also assisting Sarah with day to day property management.
