Helen Breeze Property Management are now offering Block and Estate Management. We have an experienced and professional team who look after the day-to-day concerns which accompany owning, or being responsible for a block of flats or a large estate. We provide services for all types of residential properties including new builds, purpose built, and listed buildings. Our area extends to a 20 mile radius of Sevenoaks, encompassing Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Kings Hill, Maidstone, Orpington, Chislehurst, East Grinstead and Oxted.  We work with Developers, Freeholders, Residents Associations and Right to Manage Companies (RTM's).

Helen Breeze Property Management have been professional, efficient and proactive since we commissioned them to manage our development from June 2016. Previous to HBPM we had a very poor service from the last Managing Agent, leaving us with many problems to resolve.

HBPM were aware of the issues we had encountered with the last agent and were keen to take on the management and to put the development back to the position/condition it should have always been.  They have worked through all the issues with us and they have attended various out-of-hour meetings. HBPM have also made themselves visible and approachable, whilst familiarising themselves with the development and residents.

In a relatively short period the account and management issues have been resolved and this is testament to HBPM positive and professional approach. We are all really pleased with their performance.
