Full Time Office Manager – Sevenoaks Office – July 2023

Full-time, in our Sevenoaks office, Monday to Friday with some weekend working.

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year plus yearly bonus. Benefits include company pension and free parking.

An exciting opportunity to work for Lettings and Management specialists in Sevenoaks, running the office. This role provides a great opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge about all aspects of our operations. As a vital team member, you will experience a diverse and demanding position, ensuring the efficient and well-managed day-to-day functioning of the office.

Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors who visit the office, collaborating closely with Property Managers and Negotiators.

By undertaking this role, you will develop a good understanding of our business while overseeing various essential tasks such as processing incoming post, logging keys in and out, and ensuring inventories and keys are readily available for collection by inventory clerks and tenants. You will also play a crucial role in setting up new Landlords, properties, and Tenants on our maintenance portal, as well as supporting Property Managers by carrying out administrative duties such as creating tenancy guides.

This position is office-based, allowing you to immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where you can thrive and grow. As an ideal candidate, you will exhibit great attention to detail, excel in teamwork within the office, and consistently provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants. Your strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced setting will be invaluable, and your strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word, will enhance your effectiveness. With your highly organized nature and ambition to assume responsibility, you will find immense satisfaction in this role.
