This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time position working in and around the beautiful villages of Sevenoaks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for finding suitable tenants for properties and will involve responding to enquiries, conducting viewings, overseeing referencing and ensuring the property is ready for a new tenancy. The job requires someone who has an excellent customer service ethic and is:
· a self starter
· capable of working closely with a variety of people
· reliable and able to take on responsibility
· highly organised
· IT literate
· a multi-tasker
· tactful, with good verbal and written communication
· able to work in fast paced environment
· MS Word and Excel literate
You will need to learn the Property Ombudsman Code of Practice for Letting Agents and understand basic Tenant and Landlord Law.
Benefits include a bonus scheme which is expected to start on 21/07/2020
Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 per annum dependant on experience.
