Block Management Assistant – January 2024
An exciting opportunity to work for Helen Breeze Property Management specialists in Sevenoaks as a Block Management Assistant. This involves working in a busy and growing department to provide excellent customer service to the owners in apartment blocks and residential estates.
The successful applicant will be assisting the property managers in their day-to-day work which covers general building management, budgeting and compliance as well as:
- Carrying out admin relating to Health & Safety compliance.
- Dealing with and progressing fire risk assessments.
- Admin support to Property managers including liaising with owners & contractors & organising works.
- Responding to ad hoc maintenance issues.
- Delivering Residents’ notices.
- Attending site visits with and/or on behalf of the Property Managers.
The applicant will:
- have at least one year office admin experience
- demonstrate good teamwork within the office
- be practical and have good attention to detail
- be a great communicator
- have strong IT skills with good knowledge of Excel and Word
- be highly organised
- be looking to take on responsibility and have the ability to work in fast paced environment
- hold a valid driving license
As we are a small team, from time to time you may be required to carry out reasonable and relevant tasks that fall outside of your positions remit.
Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday), Office based initially.
Salary: From £26,000.00 per year
