Block Management Assistant – January 2024

Sevenoaks, KentAn exciting opportunity to work for Helen Breeze Property Management specialists in Sevenoaks as a Block Management Assistant. This involves working in a busy and growing department to provide excellent customer service to the owners in apartment blocks and residential estates.

The successful applicant will be assisting the property managers in their day-to-day work which covers general building management, budgeting and compliance as well as:

  • Carrying out admin relating to Health & Safety compliance.
  • Dealing with and progressing fire risk assessments.
  • Admin support to Property managers including liaising with owners & contractors & organising works.
  • Responding to ad hoc maintenance issues.
  • Delivering Residents’ notices.
  • Attending site visits with and/or on behalf of the Property Managers.

The applicant will:

  • have at least one year office admin experience
  • demonstrate good teamwork within the office
  • be practical and have good attention to detail
  • be a great communicator
  • have strong IT skills with good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • be highly organised
  • be looking to take on responsibility and have the ability to work in fast paced environment
  • hold a valid driving license

As we are a small team, from time to time you may be required to carry out reasonable and relevant tasks that fall outside of your positions remit.

Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday), Office based initially.

Salary: From £26,000.00 per year

Residential Lettings Administrator

If you’re looking for a permanent, full-time role in property and enjoy working in a busy environment with a varied workload then we have a great position available now at our Sevenoaks office.

The successful candidate will work closely with our lettings administration and accounts team. The job requires someone who, ideally has, one year of administrative experience and GCSE’s or equivalent. They must also be:

  • willing to work closely with a small team
  • highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • looking to take on responsibility
  • IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • have good verbal and written communication skills
  • able to work in fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000 per annum
