Hilary Breeze (MARLA)
Hilary studied Economics and History at Durham University and then joined HBPM in 1996 from Knight Frank in London.
Hilary oversees the general running of the business including finance, administration, HR and marketing.
She is an individual member of ARLA. As well as having a Diploma in Property Valuation and Law from City Business School, Hilary passed the ARLA II Advanced Legal exam with distinction, scoring the highest marks in the country.
Diane Hopkins (MARLA)
Diane started work at HBPM in 1993 and became a Partner in 2008. Diane is responsible for overseeing customer services on a day to day basis dealing with enquiries from landlords, applicants and tenants.
Diane is an individual member of ARLA. Diane passed ARLA I with distinction and ARLA II with high merit.
Lynn Thomas (MARLA)
Lynn joined Helen Breeze Property Management in 2000 from Zimbabwe, where she worked for Estate Agents, Hagen & Hill in Mutare.
Lynn, with the support of Juliet and Lulu, is responsible for following up property enquiries for homes to rent. The team have an in depth understanding of the local market and develop excellent relationships with applicants looking to rent. They give feedback on all viewings, carry out checks to verify any tenant application and keep landlords informed at all stages.
Once an offer has been agreed the team administrators, Zoe and Ange, process the tenant referencing, the drafting of tenancy agreements and all tenancy handover information as well as help with the smooth transition of moving in.
Lynn is an individual member of ARLA and passed ARLA I and ARLA II exams with high merit.
Clare Plowman
Clare Plowman heads up our team in Block Management. Clare has been working in the property sector over the years in various roles and as a result built-up a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the key requirements of the industry including the purchase of new homes, second-hand residential and sales progression. Liaising with all the key stakeholders involved from developers, vendors, purchasers, and solicitors. Each with the clear objective of making each process as seamless as possible whilst providing excellent customer service throughout.
Prior to the property industry Clare was a Senior Buyer in BT for 13 years where she negotiated third party contracts for the supply and maintenance of key projects for internal and external customers.
For the past seven years she has been in working in Block Management exercising her knowledge of managing various properties and estates. Managing a varied portfolio from Grade II listed properties to purpose-built blocks covering Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Farnborough, Swanley and surrounding areas. Clare works closely with the Directors of each Management Company or Freeholder to ensure the effective management of their property.
Anneka Linfeld
Anneka joined HBPM in the summer of 2013 and currently looks after the marketing of new lets. This involves uploading details, photos and floorplans to Rightmove, Zoopla and our website, ensuring we have the correct property information and access arrangements recorded.
