Reference fee – £96.00
Tenancy agreement – £90.00
Check-in – £72.00
Check-out (payable only at the end of the tenancy) – £90.00
All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT.
Once references are accepted, we will ask for the deposit to be paid, which is normally six weeks rent. Your tenancy agreement will also be signed at this point.
The exact cost of your utilities will be specified in your lease. Usually they include Council Tax, Electricity, Gas or Oil, Water and Waste water.
